Tasting appointments can be made as early as 6 months before the wedding date. Depending on availability, up to two weeks prior to the big day. A tasting fee of $25 may be charged for dates that are more than six months in advance of the event date. A tasting fee may be charged for cakes that are for fewer than 60 guests.
